Exchange and Refund Policy

INFORMATION - EXCHANGE/REFUND & SHIPPING

Refunds and returns are not accepted however we accept exchanges and no refunds only in case of Defective or Damaged Products only.

Please get in touch with us right away if you receive a product that is flawed or damaged, and we'll quickly set up an exchange within 7 to 10 days. Please be aware that to qualify for the exchange, an unboxing video is required.

Only exchanges made within 7 days after purchase are accepted.

REFUND!! We Refund only in case; we aren’t able to provide you the substitute piece of the damaged order received or an alternate option of the same value.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

In India, Any Orders above INR 3000/- are eligible for free shipping.

Orders under INR 3000/- fixed shipping fee will be incured of INR 100/-

COD Orders will be charged a flat rate of INR 50/-

PO boxes and military addresses cannot receive orders; deliveries to rural domestic addresses may take an extra day or more.

The customer's state may impose an OCTORI Duty on top of the item's price for shipping delivered outside of Delhi. These expenses are uncontrollable and cannot be paid back.

Domestic clients are in charge of paying any OCTORI Duty levied by their state. Which shipments will be subject to these fees and how much they would cost are unknown to us.

In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.

Delivery Approach:

Orders placed are shipped within 5-7 business days. Rarely, a small delay could be brought on by any actions taken by the government, natural disasters, etc.
