Shipping Policy

🚚 Free Shipping on all prepaid orders or orders above ₹5000

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be charged a flat rate of ₹100

PO boxes and military addresses cannot receive orders; deliveries to rural domestic addresses may take an extra day or more.

The customer's state may impose an OCTORI Duty on top of the item's price for shipping delivered outside of Delhi. These expenses are uncontrollable and cannot be paid back.

Domestic clients are in charge of paying any OCTORI Duty levied by their state. Which shipments will be subject to these fees and how much they would cost are unknown to us.

In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.
